Automotive Sales Representative RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and guide guests as they approach the lot and enter into the sales process

• Discuss guest's personal and financial needs pertaining to a vehicle purchase

• Follow up properly on all leads and prospects

• Build long-term relationships with customers

Automotive Sales Representative REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 Years Automotive Sales Experience preferred. We will train the right candidate!

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality

• Spanish-speaking--highly valued!

• Self-motivated

• Valid Driver's License and good driving record

• Ability to handle objections in a warm and friendly manner

• Have a proven sales track record

• Strong multi-channel communication skills

• Computer literate with basic math skills

• Receiving & processing customer payments
• Greeting/Assisting customers with questions/concerns
• Reconciling daily receipts
• Data entry and light filing

• Coordinate all specific & local shuttle requests and drive customers to/from our dealership
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with company policy and traffic laws
• Observe rules of the road, demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving techniques
• Evaluate and efficiently coordinate logistics of shuttle runs to manage time
• Assist customers getting in and out of shuttle; maintain polite conversations with customers
• Update status of runs and provide other pertinent information back to the dealership
• Notify Service Manager of any issues with shuttle, including when maintenance is due
• Immediately report any accidents or damage
• Maintain the cleanliness of shuttle thru the dealership detail department
• Other dealership duties as needed

• Provides recommendation of any regular maintenance needs
• Manages customer complaints to find resolution quickly
